Leadership Team

Jack leverages over 35 years of public accounting experience to advise clients in the areas of assurance, international taxation, business taxation, historic rehabilitation tax credits (HRTC), and business consulting, including transaction negotiations with an emphasis on the retail, distribution and service industries. Jack joined Waldron Rand in 1980 and his leadership has been instrumental to the companies' growth and success. Jack holds a CPA license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jack held various audit positions at Alexander Grant and Company, now known as Grant Thornton, and was a division controller for a publicly traded company. Jack is an active member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration in 1973 from the University of Hawaii. Jack received the highest score on the New Hampshire CPA exam in 1975.
