Leadership Team

Bill joined Waldron Rand in 1974 and has served as the Firm's president since 1980. An experienced CPA and attorney, he provides individual, trust, estate, and corporate taxation services to family-owned businesses. In addition to his extensive business knowledge and taxation experience, Bill's personalized service approach is demonstrated through his commitment to learning about the client's personal and professional situations and integrating their goals into every practice solution.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Bill has led the Firm through significant growth by upholding a progressive firm culture and service philosophy that encompasses superior service, professional development, and the continual advancement of the accounting industry.

Bill began his career at Peat Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG LLP) in the small business practice where he focused on family-owned businesses and taxation. Bill is a long-standing member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has served on the Board of Advisors for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Needham, MA. He is also the Treasurer for Willowbend Country Club in Mashpee, MA, and has been involved with numerous charitable organizations over the years. Bill graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and obtained his Juris Doctorate at Suffolk University Law School.
